Regulated Customer Contract Checker reads a pasted list of customer agreements against published dictionaries of agreement types, customer sectors and countries, says which regimes the customer's sector and country pull on, names the terms those regimes expect an agreement of that kind to carry, records whether the row shows them, and quotes the clauses. It reads the list, not the agreements. It is a reading of your own rows and a quotation of the regimes. It is not legal advice, an opinion on any agreement, or a recommendation on any clause, liability level or clock; your counsel decides what the regimes require of you and what an agreement says.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The clause text and evidence guidance quoted behind the expected terms may be used within your organisation for your own contract and compliance work. They may not be resold or republished. The dictionaries, the country table and the obligations table are ours.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
